How we balance innovation and stability

Our core product is a comprehensive capital marketsdesigned to streamline the investment process for both issuers and investors. The Issuance Platform supports a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, wire transfers, and crypto stablecoins where eligible, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction experience. Investors can complete their investments in under 60 seconds, guided by a dynamic user flow that simplifies the process from selecting investment amounts to signing agreements. We license our platform to companies raising capital under one of the major JOBS Act securities exemptions, like Regulation D 506(b), Regulation D 506(c), or Regulation A, as a SaaS solution. You might have noticed this list leaves out one of the most popular securities exemptions: Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF).

To deploy our capabilities for Reg CF, we operate Issuance Express, a funding portal subsidiary registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Issuance Express specializes in helping early and growth-stage companies swiftly launch deals that raise up to $5 million from a broad investor base. As the funding portal intermediary for companies raising under Reg CF, we serve founders both as a tech provider and as a trusted advisor for the entire CF deal cycle. Issuance Express embodies our commitment to expanding access to capital for small and medium-sized businesses while providing investors with diverse opportunities.

While both of the above products address the needs of individual companies, we also selectively support deal marketplaces who desire a highly capable backend technology partner to power their transactivity. Issuance Enterprise enables external partners to build, launch, and operate a branded marketplace of their own supported by Issuance through a white-label integration. Enterprise engagements include white-glove guidance through the development process, exclusive API access and supporting documentation, and ongoing support once the integration is live.

Through our innovative technology and dedicated services, Issuance is redefining the landscape of capital markets, making equity investment more accessible, efficient, and transparent for all stakeholders involved.

Deal partners like broker-dealers, transfer agents, and escrow agents, are increasingly becoming integrated natively to ensure a smooth capital-raising process when our tech is the home for a deal. Our transparent pricing model ensures that companies can accurately estimate their cost of capital without encountering hidden fees. For investors, we provide an intuitive, mobile-optimized platform that simplifies the investment process, making it accessible and efficient. Our native analytics and real-time data export features empower users with actionable insights, enhancing decision-making and engagement.
